As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing data accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and updating various types of data into our databases and systems. Additionally, you will assist in effectively communicating relevant data to clients when necessary, ensuring they have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and comparing source documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of data by following established procedures.
  • Organize and file documents and records as needed.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis as required.
  • Generate reports, charts, and pivot tables to present data in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, and other computerized systems for data entry.
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to accurately transcribe information from source documents into electronic formats.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data manipulation techniques is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology (experience using dual monitors)
  • Process oriented.
  • Comfortable talking with clients over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a professional or office setting.
